Ride With Us
At LVDOC, every ride begins and ends with one simple principle — ride your own ride. Whether you're a seasoned Ducati veteran or you're still finding your rhythm on the road, you belong here. Our group rides are designed to be welcoming, organized, and above all, safe. We ride together as a community, not a competition. No one gets left behind, no one gets pressured, and no one is ever made to feel like they don't belong on this road with us.
How Our Rides Work
Every LVDOC ride kicks off with a pre-ride briefing — no exceptions. Your ride leaders will walk the group through the route, planned stops, hand signals, and formation before a single wheel rolls. Typically, one ride lead and some of the more experienced riders lead the group out, and we will always have a sweeper at the back to make sure no one is left behind. New members joining us for the first time will ride at the back of the group alongside a ride lead — it's the best way for us to get to know your riding style and make sure your first experience with LVDOC is a great one. If the pack gets split at a light or intersection, the tail rider holds position until everyone is accounted for. Come fueled up, geared up, and ready to roll — showing up unprepared slows everyone down and can leave someone stranded miles from help.
Your Responsibility on the Road
At the end of the day, ride your own ride. No one at LVDOC will ever pressure you to keep up, push harder, or ride beyond what feels comfortable. Group riding can create a pull to match the pace around you — resist it. It is always better to fall back and regroup at the next stop than to push into a corner too hot. If you're newer to group riding or just want an extra set of eyes on your first few outings, consider pairing up with a more experienced rider before we roll out — it's a simple way to feel more confident and stay connected throughout the ride.
• Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is mandatory
• Follow all guidelines and hand signals discussed during the briefing
• No passing on the right
• Ride your own ride — never push beyond what feels comfortable
• Have an "In Case of Emergency" (ICE) contact number saved in your phone and/or displayed on your bike

You agree that neither you nor any third party will hold LVDOC, its officers, ride leads, or assistants liable for any injury, loss, or damage to yourself or your property resulting from these activities. Participation in all LVDOC rides and events is entirely voluntary and on an "at-will" basis. A general safety briefing will be held before each ride departs, and attendance is mandatory for all riders.
